I did an interview with one of their recruiters and was told I passed the first around and i will receive more information for the next round on Monday, only to be ghosted and ignored for a week, I was finally able reach out to them and was told they won't be moving forward with my application. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Im lockeren Rahmen soll man durch den eigenen Lebenslauf führen. Das Gespräch findet Online statt und war mit einer HR Person von Personio.

Ein langwieriger Prozess, aber es hat sich am Ende für mich gelohnt. Für das Interview mit dem Hiring Manager wurde ein Cold Calling Roleplay gemacht.

Very clear and structured, 4 Interviews in total, smooth process. Everyone was very kind and transparent. In total 3 weeks from initial contact to offer. Response within a day after last interview.
