There were 5 stages to the interview; the initial interview, the case study and 3 smaller interviews (peer, depatment and values interview)
The talent aquisition team were very helpful and supportive throughout each stage. I recommend studying any material they send you and to also check out the Personio website.
As an SDR you need to be able to reflect on how you can improve yor performance, take this into account.

Hier handelt es sich lediglich um den personal Fit (1. Gespräch).
Im lockeren Rahmen soll man durch den eigenen Lebenslauf führen. Das Gespräch findet Online statt und war mit einer HR Person von Personio.

Ein langwieriger Prozess, aber es hat sich am Ende für mich gelohnt. Für das Interview mit dem Hiring Manager wurde ein Cold Calling Roleplay gemacht.

Very clear and structured, 4 Interviews in total, smooth process. Everyone was very kind and transparent. In total 3 weeks from initial contact to offer. Response within a day after last interview.
