Intensive, aber wirklich sehr nette Vorstellungsgespräche. Alles sehr angenehm und man merkt, dass Personio starken Fokus auf den Cultural und Personal Fit legt. Jeder Interviewer war sehr sympathisch und man konnte sich sehr gut vorbereiten auf die Bewerbungsgespräche

The interview experience was very smooth. The HR representative who reached out to me was exceptionally kind and provided great support throughout the entire process. The hiring manager and their team were also very welcoming, and I could sense their enthusiasm. Additionally, the department head was very pleasant and it felt more like a natural conversation than just a formal interview.

Proceso muy difícil, primero hacen dos test online, uno es de lógica y otro de personalidad, posteriormente si tienes buenos resultados te hacen una entrevista personal vía zoom. La entrevistadora es muy simpática y amable.
