Der Interviewprozess war insgesamt lange, aber sehr gut strukturiert und auch sehr transparent geführt. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war stets sehr freundschaftlich & professionell. Die Inhalte waren ebenfalls gut gewählt, inspirierend & herausfordernd zu gleich!

- Interview with recruiter about your overall motivation and experience
- Professional interview with your potential Team Lead and another Team Lead to go deeper into your professional experience
- Interview with potential peers for everyone to get to know each other
- Culture interview to assess your cultural fit
- HO Department interview
The last 3 interviews were held on one day but with breaks in-between.
What I especially liked about this process was that after the first call, you received an application process overview PDF, which informed you about the next steps: whom it would be with and what the content would be more or less.
Also, throughout the entire process, the recruiter gave very detailed feedback on your performance and also asked how you yourself felt about each interview step.
Therefore the entire process came across in a very structured, productive and appreciative way.

- Speak about your previous work and similarities to interviewing position.
- What KPIs would you need to check for specific tasks that you would need to conduct as a Customer Growth Manager. There were multiple questions about this.
- How would you prioritize your customer base?
- Various situation based questions about your previous work and how you handled these situations (focus is on values & operating principles)

Das Verfahren war ziemlich lang (HR+HM+Case+3 finale Interviews+Team Fit) aber es war alles sehr angenehm und die Ansprechpartner sehr nett.
Viel Wert wird auf Umgang mit Kunden, Team und Fit gegenüber Company Values gelegt. STAR-Methode ist Grundstein für zumindest die letzten Interviews.
Aber im Grunde genommen ist es eine Reihe von sehr angenehmen Gesprächen.
