I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Personio in Oct 2018
Interview
Although long, the process was smooth and fun all through. It was the take-home task that seemed somewhat daunting as there wasn't adequate time to finish it. This was mostly due to the fact that I was overwhelmed at my current job and I couldn't make out adequate time to finish it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Personio in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online. it takes 1 week for the first interview with HR. we had an online call using hangout. the HR was a lady who was asking me to turn on my cam (very first bad feeling, I was ready for the video call anyway). she start to talking about the company and ask me why I want to join that company, she said will put you to the second round of interview 3 days later and she get back to me after 2 weeks. she set the interview time and I confirm but I coudn't make it. so I asked her if there would be another chance and she gave me a second chance.
this round I get prepare 1 hour before the call was sitting there 1:30 and I receive this email from her... interviewer was waiting for you for 5 minutes but then left.
In Personio we value commitment and reliability.
so unprofessional...
How is the communication with customer in scrum? (HR was scrum master though but I'm a developer I felt that she really wanted to tell me that I dont understand scrum)
