I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
I talked to a recruiter at my university's career fair and he sent me an email telling me to apply for the position. I received an interview offer a few weeks later. The interview was very professional and strictly behavioral. It seemed like the interviewer already made up his mind in the middle of the interview since the total time of the interview was only 15 minutes (10 minutes of questions, and 5 minutes of me asking questions). That was rather intimidating. He said that they would reply within 3 weeks for second round interviews.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had a conflict during a group project and how did you resolve it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (State College, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview was pretty conversational. The questions were situational with none asking specifically about Pepsico. There were two women interviewing me with one from HR and the other from manufacturing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Modesto, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I met the HR representative at an info-session on campus and gave her my resume. I applied online then sent her an email with my candidate reference number and resume again and she set up a skype interview with the Senior Director of Operations the same week. The interview was very laid back and my interviewer started out by talking about his background to ease the initial tension. He was really interested in what I had to say, and I think what really got me the offer was that I was well-prepared with stories and my reason for choosing PepsiCo was very genuine. I got the offer within 1 hour of the interview.
