PepsiCo Intern - Hourly interview questions

Applied through University career site. Got an interview within weeks. Back to back interviews, one behavioral and one where I had to create a product and market it. Heard back with an offer 10 days later. Whole process took about a month from application to offer. Very nice interviewers ranging in experience and job function.

I first went through a phone interview that was conducted by two higher up PepsiCo employees from different states and then eventually a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview consists of a situation you are given to prepare for 24 hours before the interview and two other interviews with different level managers, equaling close to 3 hours total for the interview.
