I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Wilmington, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was taken place in one of their fulfillment site. It was the first round, and there was another round if you got in. I was told there were two 30min interviews, but after the first one, I was told all set. For some reason, they decided to have only one interview instead of two on the spot. The recruiters had a three pages list of questions to ask about. I was asked about 10 of them. And the result came out in 24 hr. It was a really fast paced process.

Question 1
Q1: What was your experience of changing others' mind?
Q2: If you are selected, you will be working in an environment with different types of staffs. Some of them are just fresh out of college as you, the other might have been worked in the company for many years. So, how will you convince them?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Riverside, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Met the recruiters at a career fair on campus at UCR. Gave my resume and was told to apply online/career center website. Was invited for an on campus interview a few weeks later. Did good and now I am awaiting a second interview next week. The second interview appears to be with higher up managers and will be located at their production plant in Riverside.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Beloit, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
I interviewed in Pepsi Beloit, in Nov 2015. I know I will never forget this bad experience. The panel for my second interview were two guys in the Sustainability team. They talked very rudely to me and literally told me that "they don't need a person with my qualifications for the job". Well, my qualifications hadn't changed since they called me onsite.
I felt singled out when he said "you can probably take my job because you can do it better", and I felt that he was saying this because I am not a US citizen.
Secondly, Pepsi did not refund me my expenses because "They accidentally lost my records" and asked me twice for the documentation be filled again.
I know Pepsi doesn't sponsor H1B Visas and I will never recommend or have business with this company again.
