There was a three step interview process. Response to my application was very fast - within 24 hours. Initial phone screen with a recruiter, interview with management team, and an interview with the state leader.

Interview
Spoke to a recruiter. Was more formal than expected, she asked what I would consider “first interview” questions like “tell me about a time when” and questions about cases. Recorded and took notes. Afted, encouraged me to apply to the listing formally, which I did. She said the overall process would be another several rounds of interviews and cases, as well as a robust persobality assessment that pepsi does.
Phone interview then 2 in person interviews. No case study. All friendly people and the recruitment contact was on it and helpful. Unfortunately they took a long time to reply with the final decision and I had to get in touch to find out
