After meeting my boss at a networking event, he wanted to get me interviewed by colleagues. He scheduled me for 4, 1:1 interviews on the dame day with varying levels within the organization (1 intern, 1 analyst level, 1 senior manager, and 1 director). Also, they had very different roles in the organization. I think he was really trying to get diverse perspectives on what I brought to the table.

Interview
I emailed the human resources department with my resume. I got contacted by the human resources department by email to schedule and interview. I got a first interview in person with the coordinator and it latest about 30 minutes. I got an email to schedule another interview with a director. I went it again to have another in person interview and it lasted about 20 minutes.
I got called on the following day to tell me I was hired.
