PepsiCo Associate Manager interview questions

Very professional, straight-forward recruitment process, even on pandemic times. I was being updated constantly about the status throughout each phase of the process, by the HR Talent Acquisition team. I got phone, 1:1 video, and group/panel video interviews.

First was telephonic interview followed by two technical rounds and then final interview with HR. I am totally surprised with their interview process, reason after 4 rounds of the interview (this took nearly one month) they found my experience number is high hence they cannot offer said by HR who doesn’t event have proper experience and kept for decision making in the final stage. Joke was after clearing all the rounds of the interview they found my experience number is high. Hope they are not blind. This is not good to treat the experienced professional like this. It is waste of time and energy to prepare and clear all the rounds and HR was so rude in the final round. I still maintained my balance being more professional but learned a lesson.
