I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PTC (Austin, TX) in May 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a PTC recruiter via LinkedIn. I interviewed with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a Product Manager Director. I then had 4 face-to-face interviews with 2 SW Dev directors, and 1 QA team, and 1 development team. I was asked questions about how I would write specs, manage releases, and a lot about UI design. I was also asked to provide SQL queries for a given schema to get some desired results. All of the questions I answered well. I found the team very agreeable and capable from my questions.

Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn by company recruiter asking if I am interested in this role. Few e-mails later, including sending my resume, we set up interview time and we talked. It turned up that this recruiter have not read my resume and during the interview suddenly it was obvious to him that I am not the fit. If this company works like that - beware.
