Applied online, job offer has been online since months which should have stopped me from applying but anyway, after a week I received an email requesting an telephone interview.
Got a call from the states and spoke to the recruiter, asking typical customer service interview questions. Informed me that the next step would be an face to face interview but suddenly about 3 weeks later I received an email saying that due to a background check that they ran, they can’t move further with my application.
