The interview process was fair and it was based on the resume. ONGC can ask about your interest and then sum up the interview with the related question. It was a group/panel interview based on petroleum knowledge. They asked me questions related to my training and my experiences.

there is only personal interview after gate exam . they called on the basis of your rank . and in the ratio of 1:5. my interview is basically based on technical knowledge. they had asked about internal combustion engine . the interview is about 20 min.
