Approx 15 min of questions by the HR followed by the technical expert. Little focus on projects and the basics of the subjects. HR focuses on morality ethics n current affairs knowledge.

Interview
I cleared GATE 2018 exam in IN(Instrumentation) stream. After that, I got an interview call.
My interview was purely technical in nature as I had done M.tech. It was around 20 minutes process.

Question 1
1. Tell us about yourself?
2. What is electromagnet?
3. What are the factors on which resistance depends?
4. If a wire is stretched to double of its original length, what is the new resistance you get?
5. What are the types of control valves?
6. As my project was based on PID controller, they asked what is the effect of P, I, PI, PID controller on 1st and 2nd order systems?
7. Types of flowmeters.
8. Any mass flow meter?
9. Explain coriolis meter in detail.

The process includes first we have to apply online, then they will conduct test and on basis of that they will shortlist candidates after that they will call you for personal interviews.
