Phased in various modules (including role-plays). Overall however an easy-going and relaxed process. Despite the numerous candidates and tight competition the process went rather fast. There is no specific discomfort pertaining to the interview process that I could acknowledge either.

multiple interviews, initially with headhunters, then OMV HR, then management and future colleagues. after 3 interviews via teams, OMV invited me at the headquarters (offering reimbourse of travel expenses) for meeting management and colleagues.
