Interview
my interview process was to worst in netlink.
1st a person approach me on phone. he took basic infomation and said to me that, he will send a link. on that link there will be some question, which i have to finish.
i found that link. there were 35 question related to html,css,javascript and jquery.
after that i saw there was 5 drawing question. they mention that, you have to make a picture on white paper then scan it and send to me. that question was totally bakwas and time wasting.
one question was .. there is a pregnant lady. doctor advised that one tablet in morning and half tablet in night after food.another tablet in morning only with warm water.
make an image and send it me. there was condition that you don't have to use text. only graphic.
i finished all question.
after 1 week i got a call. person said to me that there will be telephonic interview tomorrow.
next day i finished that interview. it was good. 95 out of 100.
some days later i again got a call. this time somebody else take my interview with lot of question.
i finished all. this time my performance was also good.
in next 5-6 day i gone through 3 more interview. some time manage took. some time team leader. some time koi aur...
then everything goes silence. one month long pause. one day i got a call. a lady told me that i am selected but i have to finish one machine test.
i agreed.

1. Design a layout with 4 default charts in it. (Please use High Charts)
2. All charts must be in a draggable & resizable box.
3. Provide the following option on the context menu of the layout
a. Add Chart
4. And on context menu of the chart provide the following options
a. Add Chart
b. Edit Chart
c. Delete Chart
5. On selecting Add Chart, open a panel (Provide 2 buttons on the panel – OK & Cancel) to add code for High Chart. If user selects OK than that chart will be drawn on the main layout with new box.
6. On selecting Edit Chart, open a panel (Provide 2 buttons on the panel – OK & Cancel) showing the code of the selected chart in edit mode for any changes.
7. On selecting Delete Chart, delete the selected chart.
Please provide the solution in a zip file with the instructions to setup the solution. Also, provide the screen shots of the solution.
Note : Solution must be able to run in offline mode."

this test was time taken thing.. i feel that they are just playing or they want robot not human.
even google and Facebook will not take this kind of boring interview. i waste 3 month time.
i immediately drop my idea to join netlink, these kind of company simply want robot..not human..
kabhi bbhi dudh me pade makhhi ki tarah nikal kar fek denge.
finaly i join a nice MNC. i am very happy here.

Initial interview by HR, then after couple of months again got the call and the HR manager interviewed. Once clearing this much, was informed that the Vice President of the vertical will take the final round. The interview with the VP went good.
