It involved an Omniverse Home Project, a technical interview, two manager interviews, and an HR interview. Key issues I faced were the use of an outdated resume, overlooking my pertinent portfolio, HR's lack of clarity about the hiring manager, and vague feedback stating I wasn't the right fit for the team. They also did not contact my previous two direct managers for references. Furthermore, not considering my portfolio and judging my capabilities solely based on my resume placed me at an unfair disadvantage, misrepresenting my true skills and abilities. Overall, this extensive process resulted in considerable disappointment.
