I applied in-person. I interviewed at NVIDIA (München, Bayern) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had an initial interview that went great. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. She seemed to be very excited about my profile and told me she will recommend me for a talk with the manager that was going on maternity. I waited for a call but eventually I had to call for an appointment again. When I did receive the email from HR, the person didn't even know I had a previous face to face interview. The second meeting with the manager going on maternity was catastrophic. She behaved from the first 5 min as if she didn't want me there. She was unprofessional and there were moments of awkward silence during the interview in which I would have to ask are there any other questions you would like to address to me? Me! As the interviewee...I wrote two emails that were completely ignored. I haven't received one single email with a feedback. Not that I cared much since one week after I signed with another company for a permanent position. But more than a month after, I received a survey invitation from an HR person that was not involved in the initial process. Of course I complained about the HR person and the Hiring Manager. All of a sudden the next day I received an email from the HR person that handled me: saying we are sorry but. :))) Are you serious? That says a lot about the respect and level of organization the team had for my time. It's not like you have to reply all candidates, but I was in your company two times for interviews.

Question 1
1. Will you be able to face the pressure of the changing environment?
(You are asking me that after you see I have 5 years of work experience in India?)
