Interview
The whole process was very smooth and quick. Lots of role play exercises within the interview but overall I didn't feel like I was asked a lot of questions. There was a test too to help gauge your customer service responses, spelling level and grammar. I loved the fact that you found out on the same day which meant you weren't waiting for weeks to find out your fate. Shout out to Patrick Dolan for being a great help throughout the process.

Informal, speed dating style. I was interviewed at a recruiting style event, where there was pizza and beer. The company was going through rapid growth at the time - I feel more detailed questions would have established a better level of clarity about the role and subsequent opportunities.
