I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (São Paulo, ) in Nov 2022
Interview
One HR interview, one interview with the project manager, another technical interview with coding and questions. They care more about how many years of job experience you have rather than abilities, qualifications, current job and capabilities. They don't even give you the chance to prove you actually has abilities and capabilities (cutting you off before the technical part of the hiring process) if you don't have EXACTLY the amount of job experience years completed they want. Even if you are few months away from reaching that years amount. It doesn't matter if your current job is just prasing, that they should have promoted you already, nothing matters, just the completed years that MUST be one more than what the job ad says.

Question 1
How do you see yourself in the future? What are you studing now? What the team gains if we hire you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
Received email from HR looking to set up 30-minute video call with manager/another developer.
This was straightforward personality screen/opportunity for them to describe the role to me and for me to describe my skillset and work experience to them.
A few days after that HR reaches back out and asks me to complete take home technical assessment. I complete it and send it back and then 2 days after that HR responds to set up 2.5 hour technical interview with multiple people from the Motorola team.
This meeting was scheduled ~2 weeks out to find availability for all members of the interview. About 5 days after scheduling this interview I get a notification from Google that the video call had been cancelled by the HR person that I was communicating with.
I reached back out to ask about the meeting cancellation and was completely ghosted. I have still never heard back from Motorola about why the meeting was cancelled or the results from my technical assessment.
I am VERY disappointed in how a big company like Motorola handled this situation and will never apply for a position in this company again.

On the last step, I'm asked to create a table-list application with a REST fetch from a provided screenshot.
Finally, I was asked several personality related questions.
