Sent an application through a friend.
A guy called later in order to invite me to an interview.
Took about a week till I got the call, and another week till the interview.
Was quite fine, not long enough but no as short..
During interviewing process HR called to update about a possible delay with the interviewing process.
Overall: Not short, not too long, quite nice treatment.

Question 1
The interview included all kind of questions regarding C,C++,Java,Data Structures and problem solving using these languages. some OOP and differences among c++ to java.
Interview was about 2.5 hours with the same guy who called to invite me.
Few weeks later an HR interview and a bit later an offer.
Process was fully structurized, typical for tech companies. I had normal screening firstly, then technical interview with senior engineer and managment/hr discussion. I would apply for the second time. Process wasn't really difficult I think.

They asked me about more theoretical things about C# - concurrency, asynchornous programming, EF Core.
The interview process was a meeting with the hiring manager followed by interview with engineers. The hiring manager interview was loosely technical and the second round was coding. After that we would have moved to an in person interview.
