Motorola Solutions Engineer interview questions

Very comprehensive interview process cycling through multiple interviewers in equal time increments. Staff is extremely knowledgeable but very approachable and easy to talk to. Questions asked were straightforward with good answers being accepted at face value. Although a lengthy and intense process, interviewees will have a good idea of their performance and eligibility when walking out the door at the end of the day.

I applied through a friend who was already working at the company and referred me to the person hiring for the new project and provided him my CV. First I was interviewed on Phone about the bio data provided on CV and some basic questions, then I was called for an Intelligence Test which consisted of engineering skills and MCQs about Electrical Engineering as I was a fresh graduate and that was the only criteria to test my knowledge, then I was called for a 1:1 interviewed by the Engineering manager who conducted an hour long interview asking me questions about Digital communications and Microwaves Transmissions and RF Basics in the end I was Interviewed by a panel of HR manager, Project Director and Project Manager asking me about my strengths and weaknesses and explaining my Job Description and how I will perform and where do I see my self in the next five years, questions about my interests and activities were also a part of the interview.
