Fairly casual and straightforward, asked about my availabilities, previous experience and discussed the process that I would undertake (Working RIghts Check then a Police Check) if I were to be offered the job (the manager offered the job basically right after) .
Really simple and easy. Just asked basic questions and then availability and got the job there and then wasn’t a stress at all. Questions were really simple and atmosphere was really chill had a nice interviewer too
Laid back and friendly. Some questions try to catch you out eg. explain [one of their key values] and what it means to you. Asks availability and other avg questions

Interview
Was a pretty short 1-1 interview at one of the tables in the corner of the restaurant but it was scheduled for a quiet time of the day so there weren’t too many customers around. Interviewer was friendly and the conversation was pretty conversational.
