It was okay. Just walked in to see the manager and ask about an opening they had. He later came out of the kitchen after waiting for 15 minutes. The interviewer was nice. The whole process went faster than expected.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at McDonald's (Milpitas, CA)
Interview
Was ok people there don't really wanna train you unless you fit in.I was trying to learn and they kept turning the computer and didn't really wanna train me .
Quick phone screening followed by an in person interview, questions were straightforward and process was simple. I enjoyed the interview process and found it stress free gunga. The whole process took two days.
Pretty easy, asked about previous experience, why I left my previous job, and what skills I have. Nothing too difficult or out of the blue for a fast food chain interview
