I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Jacksonville, NC) in Jan 2026
Interview
Had Shift Lead training experience prior, because work with them more than 3 years ago. Went back for interview for part-time for second job but the interview was cut shut for suppose unfair “no re-hire policy” which was never brought up in the past during the time I did work at McDonald’s. And the interviewer never typed in my name to check actual data of my previous employment. People been rehired more than several times at the store I worked at.
Was fine. They asked appropriate questions and allowed me to ask questions. It took about 15 minutes. The interviewer was nice, and they seemed interested not only in my experience but in me as a person.
I applied online and got a call for an interview a few hours later. The interview went swell, though I had much difficulty answering the questions, I was still given a gracious offer. I declined.
easy and laid back. interview was done in the loby with other people eating next to us. First interview with swing manager, second with store manager. Process took about 2 weeks
