Interview
1. Sent email to arrange phone interview. Phone interview around 1hr for general information and tech questions. Half-half. It's kinda surprising that they asked you to solve tech question, instead of "do you know xxx", in the 1st phone call.
2. Full day onsite interview. 1 hr presentation about your education and experience. Five 1-on-1 interviews afterwards including lunch. Four of them are tech person asking relative tech questions, one is HR person advertising the benefit of being hired by the company.
3. They called and move on to background/reference check on the next day. Got offer after a week.

Question 1
All tech questions are entry level math and programming question, which I've solved hundreds of time in the college. As long as you do have a degree in the relative field and you are familiar with their product, you won't have any problem. Go through their customer tutorial is a must-do. Though they are not hard questions, but 5 hours interview without a sec of break still drove me crazy - yes the lunch is also a part of the interview, for sure.
