I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MathWorks
Interview
Standard "MathWorks" interview that started with 45 min presentation, and followed by one one one with all team members, team manager, and HR.
Interview lasted over 6 hours. Everyone was extremely friendly. Beware - due to exhaustion (and friendly atmosphere) you lower you barriers and start talking with people as they are your fiends. As a result I'm sure I said some things that I shouldn't have, thus projecting wrong image.

One more thing I want to mention: HR representative tried to pry age out of (not very skillfully). Advice to HR: do your homework by going to WhitePages.com before the
interview so that prospective candidate will not have a reason to suspect age discrimination.

Interview
I submitted my resume through campus career services and got a call from a low-level recruiter. After a few questions about my basic facts, on knowledge of the company and behavioral questions, she arranged for a formal phone interview.

Question 1
I personally found hard to under the Indian recruiter's accent...
I applied through the Mathworks' career page and received an e-mail to set up an initial phone interview. The questions from the interviewer were about my experiences on the resume and a long list of software questions (C/C++, OOP, design patterns, ...). Actually, I didn't expect that many technical questions for the first phone interview, so wasn't able to answer all of them clearly.
