Marshalls interview questions

Several steps to the process. I had a few phone interviews with the D.M. I was then set up on an interview with a panel. I was asked many qualifying questions. The interview lasted over 2 hours. I had to wait a week or so before a final interview was scheduled in which an offer was made.

It was a very informal process for me. Happened simultaneously when I submitted my job application which was very straightforward and quick to fill out. The interview itself simply asked about who I was really and what my plans in life were. Then, because I was applying for a seasonal job, I was just asked for my availability throughout the season and whether I was flexible for certain times. I honestly didn't even know I was being interviewed until after I was accepted into the job!
