METRO UX Designer interview questions

I was contacted and invited for a video call. The video call included a team lead, a designer and a recruiter. As the selection process was unknown to me and was not communicated, at the end of the call I asked about the hiring process and its steps. Still the recruiter and the team lead were not aligned and had different information. After quick aligning in the call they promised to give me interview feedback one week later. It has been almost 3 weeks and still nothing. I wrote 2 emails - no reply. Overall negative experience.
