Applied online, subjected to online numerical/verbal reasoning tests. Assessment day consisted of a group exercise, 10 minute presentation on a topic of your choice and then a 1hr interview. Also included lunch with recent summer placement participants who stayed on at the company following their placement. I got their decision and feedback via a phone call the following day.
