I interviewed at Louis Dreyfus Company (Villeurbanne)
Interview
I had an 1 hr technical interview. It was more of a discussion than an interview. I was asked if I had experience in the design phase, testing etc. Overall not a very stressful process.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Louis Dreyfus Company in Apr 2025
Interview
The process involved three rounds: a recruiter screen, a technical interview with a senior process engineer, and a final round with the director of engineering. While the engineers were professional and engaging, post-interview communication from HR was vague. I was told to expect a decision by a certain date, but heard almost nothing for another week until a delayed, generic rejection with no feedback. After such a 5+ week process, it felt like my time was disrespected.
