Interview
I received 2 automated emails from recruiter, asking me to book two separate interviews for different positions. I contacted HR stating probably it was a mistake and Ise agree to do just one interview..
HR interview was pretty easy but the recruiter seems very tired., probably due to a very hectic work schedule.
They asked me what was my salary expectation for the position and they told me clearly they could not afford it but they would checked internally.
Other Cons: They do not cover relocation. They do not have work from home policy and they force people to go to office. No highlight given on benefits.
Almost one week passed and I receive an email to go to second stage interview, I asked again about the salary and they immediately say sorry previous email was a mistake. Saying again they do not have budget for the position.
In any case, I would not have accepted to proceed not only for the salary lower than competitive market offering but for the strict work from office policy I do not agree with.
HR practices should be improved a bit. Offering and initial experience Not very interesting.
