5 steps after CV screening: call with Talent Acquisition Partner (15 min instead of 30min), call with hiring manager (60 min), call with the team (60 min), case study (12 slides), call with the manager of the hiring manager (60 min, went overtime).
- My emails with questions on the case study weren't returned after two follow ups.
- No feedback at any step of the process.
- Times for interviews were directly given without options.
- One interview started late and went overtime without any notification or a question if it suited me.
- I followed up three times and I waited more than a month after the last interview to get the feedback on the position.
