3 stages - 1.) Screening call with recruiter 2.) Interview with hiring manager i.e Manager of AE + Manager of AM. 3.) Mock demo to showcase your selling skills The entire process was really pleasant and clear. A big shout out to my recruiter Natalie as she was super supportive throughout the process. I got some questions about the demo exercise and she helped me clarify them with the hiring manager straight away! It says a lot about their hiring culture which aims to help the candidates to demonstrate their best during the interviews rather than setting them up for failure. The team I met is very willing to provide feedback and I can tell the hiring manager really listens to what the candidates say. Great experience.

Interview
The interview process at Lightspeed was every salesperson's dream. Recruiter screen to final interview was fast, without long delays between interviews, and efficient, without unnecessary steps. The primary recruiter, Kim, was very easy to talk to, transparent throughout the process, and quick to follow up after each interview.
