The best interview process I've EVER been through. The process consists of 3 interviews remotely not on-site, your first interview is with the Talent Acquisition Team, then with your Team Lead and finally with your direct Manager. Every interview feels like they really want to get to know you and not just your resume or professional experience. There was always constant and honest communication in every step of the process with a typical response of no longer than 48 hours. Every person I met was kind and impressive and made me feel important and appreciated. I also have to stand out the fact that they made every interview feel like a conversation and the questions made you show your authentic self, it took a lot of anxiety away. They also know that you are interviewing them to see if the company is a right fit for you and not just the other way around.

It was an incredibly organized, professional and incredibly kind and friendly process from beginning to end. It was my first time with remote interviews and I can definitely say it was the most organized one I have had! In terms of scheduling their interface was very easy to use and really practical.
