I believe there were 4 rounds in total, HR interview + Case + Hiring Manager Interview + Director Interview. The team was friendly. The feedback I got was that they wanted someone that is strategic so I believe the case round was the deal breaker.

The interview process at Lightspeed was very well-structured and engaging. It began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, where we explored my experience and problem-solving approach in depth. The take-home assignment was a great opportunity to demonstrate my analytical and communication skills. The final round with the VP of FP&A focused on my experience and team fit. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. Overall, a great experience.

Logical roadmap during the interviews by talking to someone from HR first, then to the people you will be working with and all further communication again through HR. Whenever I had additional questions I could always set up a meeting with HR in between. There was very quick feedback and I felt that the everyone made every effort to get things arranged
