Interview
The Lightspeed hiring process is quite unique. I met with the hiring manager for a formal interview ans then proceeded to one on one interviews with many of Lightspeed stakeholders, including ressources from my future team. The HR representative guided me throughout the entire process explaining overstep as we moved forward.
