My sister-in-law (who works for Lightspeed) sent me de job details (Billing and Fulfilment Coordinator) and I applied immediately. I got a telephone call a few days later and after a interview (about 30 min), I was invited to a video-call. After the video-call (about an hour), I had to wait a few days. In the meanwhile I received an update when I would be informed. In less then 2 weeks after I sent my resume, I got the news they are offering me the position i applied for. The communication was always clear , positive and friendly.
