I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Genf) in Dec 2019
Interview
the interview process took just 2 weeks : I didn't imagine that it would be so fast , but it was a real surprise. I had the first interview with the recruiter ( a real nice girl that followed me during the whole process). The second was with the Team Leader, ( a really cool guy that knows his job and what he needs) who asked me a few questions to understand better my background and my notions. The last was with the director of the support department, ( a real good person that want to listen to you) we discussed a little bit and he gave me more details about the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Paris) in Apr 2026
Interview
Smooth process, all steps clearly defined from the beginning and respected all the way through the end of the recruitment process. The atmosphere all along was really kind and respectfull, all the questions and use case submitted were really relevant for the position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Dijon, Burgundy) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was cut in three major steps :
- A phone call with HR to assess my ability to understand and speak in english, with some few questions
- A survey to gather some informations about how I would deal with some Lightspeed's context situations and how I handled some former professional situations
- An interview with two team leaders to further complete my profile and to clearly explain the job
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
