Interview
The hiring process consisted of 3 separate interviews; 1 phone interview with the talent scout and 2 in person interviews with Sales Management and the HR Manager. Each interviewer asked sales related and personality related questions. The interviewers were very personable and welcoming and asked a lot of sales based and personality revealing questions. Being properly prepared is a must!
The process was efficient and effective in terms of delving into my background and me learning more about the role and organization. Olivia was excellent in ensuring I had all the info I needed while asking the right questions to ensure I was the right fit. Terrence and Sam knew what they were looking for in a teammate and were concise in their approach during our interviews together.
