The interview process was cut in three major steps :
- A phone call with HR to assess my ability to understand and speak in english, with some few questions

- An interview with two team leaders to further complete my profile and to clearly explain the job
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
