I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Extremely friendly and welcoming phone interview followed by an in person interview. Entire process felt very comfortable - it was more like getting to know each other than being asked a long list of standard interview questions. Interviewers were all very transparent about the role and the company. Great experience that left me with a very good impression of the company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2023
Interview
First interview is with an in house recruiter. They are based out of Canada and I am US based so they are actively looking for remote US jobs that will work for me.
Well structured, there was an initial screening call with HR, then met with sales managers, followed by head of sales. It was relatively fast, first call to meeting head of sales took place over a couple of weeks.
