I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
I got to say it was a thorough and good experience. Quite intimidating process and lots of time wasting explaining what the company was about which already on the internet.
The process does not end there as the selected individuals still have another meeting with Snr management and then with area manager or so.Phew..

I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Long and drawn out presentation, the content of which you can find online before you go. 2 minute interview rather like speed dating. Did not convince me that they were committed to my future.
