Interview

My first interview was very professional, I was sat opposite two employees whilst they fired questions at me. There was no table between us and I slightly felt like I was being interrogated. My second interview was a lot more relaxed (with the store manager), I did a half an hour work trial and then I was told I'd hear back within a week. I never heard back.

I applied online. First test was a telephone interview. Then group interview followed by an individual interview. The telephone interview was easy as long as you're prepared you'll be okay The group interview was alright, basic stuff The one on one interview was more intense, firing questions and senarios at you that you have half a second to respond to

I applied online at lidl site, get an email after one week stating i an having interview on 14th april 2014 at some place. First stage will be an aptitude test. When i arrived the place, i came to know there would be no aptitude test. Only interview. The interview was like a rapid fire round lasts for about only 5min. They even did not give me time to sit properly. Interview was not difficult but was very quick, like they are in great hurry. Said will get answer in a week. Lets c ehar happens.
