Not the best told I have interview waited 10 minutes then a friendly guy said when my interview said at 11am then interviewer came and then disturbed by money guy who needed put money the manager did apologise at the end.

Question 1
What do you know about the role. When have you worked as part of a team what kept you motivated.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
