I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online, did a situation judgement test, numeracy test. Got invited along to a group interview 2 weeks later. The guys just spoke about the company and what they expect then 2 guys interviewed and gave a role play scenario to play out. I'd be careful because when they give you the sheet with the role minutes before the customer they play out may not be relevant to the role.... Was a bit of a curveball

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lidl in Aug 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview and was invited to a personal interview the following week. The personal interview only lasted a few minutes and was similar to the phone interview. With a little preparation it should be very easy. Do some research beyond the fact that Lidl is a german company and you'll be fine.
The offer came the next day but it was only part-time and I wanted full-time.
