Interview
After the online application and the assessment, I waited about 3-5 days before receiving an acceptance email. Then in about 2 weeks, I received a phone call for a short phone interview. General questions about why I applied for the job? How to ensure you deliver high customer service? Few examples for when I delivered good customer service? What does customer service mean to you? After this in a matter of 1 week, I received an email for my progression to a face-to-face interview. The interview was held in the store I applied for, the interview was taken by Store Manager, Area Manager, and the Deputy Store Manager. 3-5 days later a phone call from the store manager of my acceptance. Then I had to go to the store in the next available day to discuss my contractual hours and sign the contractual agreement.
Scenario-based question? (Different every time, the main one is from the online assessment i.e. "You are working a pallet, there are calls for spillage and they are also calling you on tills. What would you do first and why?")
