5. What is the difference between debit and credit?

7. How knowledgeable are you about accounting and journal entries?
HR Questions:
1. Are you comfortable relocating anywhere in India?
2. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
3. How long do you plan to stay with L&T?
4. Do you have any plans for higher studies, such as pursuing an MBA?

Interview
interview lasted 10 15 mins. panel of 2 senior members, Tell me about urself, new regime old regime, strengths weaknesses, relocation and further studies, asked my view on long work hours controversy, what do u know about L&T, lastly gave me an extempore topic on Whether reservation should be based on economic status. Overall if ur prepared with ur subjects current affairs then it will be moderate for you else tough.
Asked mainly about the basics and current affairs. There was a panel of people and the interview was conducted online. Before the interview they conducted an aptitude test to shortlist the applicants.

They didn't dive into the resume there were majority of situation based questions.
