Aptitude test then interview. Aptitude is little bit easywith no negative marking but the time was the limit. U even doesn't have to use rough paper for most of the questions, and the mechanical questions has covered all topics from mechanical engineering.

OA, interview process happened after a few days of OA result, there were 2 people in the panel one technical and one HR . i was asked quite a few questions that i was able to answer without any problems.
Online , technical interview and hriday interview combined, core electrical questions, personality questions, over all good and good interviewers, prepare core electrical concepts, also prepare well regarding your projects. Etc etc.... Overall good experience all the best

well structured and proper instruction and set up , prepared well with what skills the applicant has mentioned in the resume. explain the projects completed and what is your contribution in it, basic skill knowledge and proper communication knowledge needed.
